We are a Registered Investment Advisor firm with offices in New York, serving clients across the US and Internationally. We are 100% paperless operation, running software on the cloud. As Client Service Associate you would be responsible for assisting with back-office operations, such as new account openings, supporting certain client service items, and keeping our various technology platforms updated.
While experience within the RIA space would be nice, the role is to support the smooth operation of the business, while keeping a firm eye on data integrity and security for client information. Therefore we think that strong organizational skills and comfort with technology are more important skills to possess. This role can grow with you into other tracks within our company, such as financial planning or accounting.
This is a full time, salaried position with no expectation for sales.
